Disclaimer and Tax Advice
Any U.S. federal tax advice provided by WealthAbility® is educational in nature and is not intended for use in avoiding IRS penalties or for promoting, marketing, or recommending any transaction. Limitation of Liability
WealthAbility® and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our Websites or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to WealthAbility® in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Severability
